Pariyal is actively involved in various aspects of the firm’s trademark practice.
Her professional engagements encompasses a broad spectrum of tasks such as
responding to Examination Reports and provisional refusals, managing
opposition matters, preparing evidence affidavits, conducting trademark
availability searches, and engaging in trademark litigation. Additionally, she
also assists the Counsels in hearings before the Trademark Registry, District
Courts, and High Court.
