Mr. Ashok Ram Kumar, an alumina of Osmania University Law School, became a bar member in the year 1988 and holds a Master’s degree in IPR and has over 35 years of experience in IP Litigation, Enforcement, Valuation and Prosecution from the district Courts to the Supreme Court. He is a member of the Intellectual Property Law Practitioners’ Association India, Intellectual Property Association of South India, International Trademark Association (INTA), International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (AIPPI) and a certified IPR Mediator from BIMACC Bangalore. He is a resource person for the Industry, Educational institutions, Research and Development Entities, Defence Labs, Pharma Companies, Public Sector undertakings and the Judiciary and a versatile orator and speaker at various National and International Symposiums. In December 2022, he was designated as a Senior Counsel by the Full court of Telangana High Court.
