Kindly note the following Rules & Regulations:
WordictIP offers this internship to provide students with practical exposure to court procedures, court etiquette, and the craft of litigation. This internship is a privilege, not a right, and interns are expected to approach this opportunity with seriousness and commitment. This internship shall not be used merely to obtain an academic compliance certificate.
The minimum term of the internship is two months. Approval from your college recruitment/internship team or your Dean/Director is mandatory. A letter of request from the college mentioning the credentials of the intern must be produced at the time of joining.
1. No Remuneration: No stipend or compensation will be paid during the internship.
2. Laptop Requirement: Interns must bring their own laptop. No unauthorised downloads are permitted.
3. Dress Code: Strict adherence to the formal Black & White dress code is compulsory on all working days.
4. Communication: Interns will be added to the official WordictIP WhatsApp Interns Group for communication purposes.
5. Office Timings: Office hours are from 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday to Saturday. Punctuality is mandatory. Interns reporting late on more than four occasions will be terminated.
6. Non-Disclosure Agreement: A strict NDA must be signed on the first day of the internship. Any violation will result in immediate termination.
7. Email ID and Intern Code: An official Email ID and unique Intern Code will be provided for all communications. Both must be surrendered upon completion of the internship.
8. Cancellations: Any cancellation must be informed at least one month prior to the joining date. Last-minute cancellations will result in disqualification from future internship opportunities at WordictIP.
9. Physical Internship: This is strictly a physical, in-person internship. No exceptions will be made.
10. No Date Changes or Early Termination: The internship duration is fixed at 60 days. No date changes or early completion will be permitted. Certificates will be issued only after successful completion of the full internship period.
11. Leave Policy: Only one day of leave is permitted during the internship with prior email intimation. Any additional leave must be supported by a valid medical certificate. Leaving the internship mid-way will not be permitted except in cases of medical emergency, and no certificate will be issued.
12. Termination: WordictIP reserves the sole right to terminate the internship at any stage, without assigning any reason.
